Piping Foam 2204

Piping foam is specifically formulated for spraying polyethylene-wound prefabricated, directly buried pipes. When combined with PM200 isocyanate and applied using a high-pressure spray machine, it produces a uniform, closed-cell rigid polyurethane foam with excellent dimensional stability, low thermal conductivity, high compressive strength, and notably low water absorption. The system uses a water-blown, zero ozone-depleting blowing agent and is designed to deliver long-lasting thermal insulation performance with cost-effective efficiency.
